This notice explains the partner-onboarding process for yacht owners, captains and charter companies using seanfinitycharter.com. It supplements the general Seanfinity privacy information.
Contact and professional details, the relationship between the applicant and the yacht, yacht characteristics, operational notes, and the verification documents requested for the selected applicant role. Please do not upload unrelated personal information.
To evaluate a requested commercial relationship, verify authority and operating readiness, prevent misuse, contact the applicant, prepare an agreement, and meet applicable legal or insurance requirements. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
Uploads enter a private, non-public storage area. They are automatically screened for malware. Only files classified as clean can be downloaded by authorized Seanfinity reviewers. Blocked files are isolated and are not used to activate a partner or yacht.
Access is limited to authorized Seanfinity personnel and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. Application files are not published, sold, or exposed through public storage links. A yacht page is created only after a separate approval decision.
Unapproved onboarding documents are scheduled for deletion within 90 days. Files awaiting processing are removed after 7 days and blocked files after 30 days. Google Cloud soft-delete protection may preserve a recoverable copy for up to 7 additional days. If a partnership is approved, documents required for the relationship may be transferred to the operational partner record and retained for the agreement term and applicable legal obligations.
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of contact consent, or deletion where applicable. A deletion request can be limited by legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping duties. Contact us using the address below and include the application reference when available.
